Welcome to the Brookfield School, a specialist school for children and young people with EHC Plans for Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs based in Hereford. We serve Herefordshire and neighbouring counties in providing therapy informed education for children aged 6 to 16. We also offer short/ medium stay placements for pupils in KS1to KS2 to support them to remain within mainstream.
